Each bootcamp class we have consists of a warm up, workout, cool down, and stretching followed by any nutritional guidance you may need. This is all led by TWO trainers each class who have years of experience & multiple certifications. Our mission is to provide the best service & knowledge so you can achieve your goals.
MEMBER SPOTLIGHT! ALEX Toner has been CrossFitting since August of 2015, and joined SnoCo in January. He’s been consistently working hard towards his goals and furthering his knowledge with CrossFit. Alex’s dedication led him to achieve his CF L-1 Certification at the end of January and he plans on attending more courses in the future. Here’s his answers to our member spotlight questionnaire… Occupation: Professional pilot turning Occupational Therapist First Memorable CrossFit Experience: When I first realized it’s totally cool to get your butt kicked in a WOD by a soccer mom. Favorite WOD: MURPH! Favorite Lift: Deadlift Least Favorite WOD: MURPH! (its a love-hate relationship) Favorite CrossFit Movement: Tire-flips Why You Do CrossFit: I love its friendly, supportive, and competitive community as well as its constantly varied workouts, overall ability to enhance work capacity in physically demanding situations (such as in the sports I love), and the daily-challenge it provides. It’s also just down-right fun to do with other people! Shout out to Shawna for always keeping things positive and fun lol! Favorite Cheat Meal: A Costco pizza CrossFit Secret (advice): Don’t put twinkies on your pizza. Also, 15 minutes of yoga every morning and stretching before bed every night goes a long way What Do You Do On Rest Days: Kayak, Hike, fly, and study! and go on some terrible online dates occasionally What Accomplishment Are You Most Proud Of (Inside and outside of gym)? I’m proud of my recent decision to gather the guts to quit an amazing career in aviation and pursue my graduate/doctorate degrees in OT to start an outdoor leadership & adventure camp for troubled youth. In regards to fitness, I’m just proud and happy to be healthy and able to complete the WODs without puking on the reg, like I used to when I first started. haha What is One Goal You Are Currently Working On? Getting fit enough to enter SEALIFT’s three week immersion academy and KOKORO camp in 2017!
